We have available position for :

Plant Finance Manager
Karawang (Jawa Barat)


Will work with the Plant F&A team that will financial leadership to the plant specifically in the following areas:
Stewardship and Organization
Build capability of the plant organization in financial areas especially in controls through regular/adhoc trainings/coaching
Lead and conduct annual controls self assesment process and ensure closure of identified issues.
Set up processes to increase plant productivity by driving standardization and simplication across all processes.
Faciliate audits (ie external audits and internal audits) to ensure clarity and accuracy of data provided
Plant Budget Management – Lead annual budget setting process, monthly budget updates and year end closing process for the plant
Plant systems set-up ensure that financial reporting systems for the plant are set up properly to provide the right data for business management and decision making
Drive competitive / BIC cost structure via insightful analysis
Lead monthly usage and cost reviews to identify savings opportunities/optimization.
Conduct internal and external benchmarking to challenge current practices/paradigms.
Lead drumbeat process to ensure savings identified are actualized and properly reported.
Financial Analysis
Conduct NPV and Cost-Benefit Analysis for initiatives, sourcing decisions, and investments.
Provide sound financial advice in daily business decisions (e.g. inventory management, rework)


  • 2-5 years work experience especially in Controls and/or Financial Analysis
  • Willing to work in a plant environment in the Karawang area
