Jawa Tengah – Semarang
- Advances own knowledge and abilities, and share with others.
- Organizes the work flow to obtain maximum product yield and labor efficiency.
- Understands and enforces objectives, policies, standards and procedures set by the Executive Chef.
- Inspects portions, garnishes and decorations meticulously.
- Checks daily forecast and function sheet to keep informed of anticipated business.
- Knows all menus and banquet menus and prepares products to meet menu and banquet requirement.
- Instills a sense of pride and craftsmanship throughout the Kitchen Department.
- Adheres to sanitary and safety measures.
- Complies with and enforces all security and fire regulations.
- Performs all duties, other than the above, as requested by the Hotel Management, company policy and/or his/her direct supervisor.
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/related culinary degree.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field and similar position.
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Good knowledge and skills in kitchen management, customer service orientation,
- Assertive, good communication and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy and endures under work-pressure
- Fluent in English.
